I am really excited that Jim Allchin is leaving. He adds no value. He is actually a value subtractor. If Jim starting explaining to me that a computer is a magical thinking machine sent to us from the future, I wouldn't doubt for a second that Jim was sincere in that belief. Oh, and the other execs who have left (Valentine, Flessner, etc.) aren't really any better. Valentine actually threatened me once while we were playing basketball. This is an odd thing for a little troll man to do on a basketball court. I think if Valentine actually wanted to fight me I'd just lay there and let him hit me just to see him have a heart attack about 1 minute in.

Robbie Bach is giving a presentation on Friday, Nov 17th. I want to go and ask him how he and his executive staff are held accoutable for the monetary success of their division. Them dudes are bitches.
