I Keep Dropping Science As If I Am Clumsy

Most of the house stuff is under control now. I managed to get the seller to credit me $2870 at closing based on the results of the inspection. The funny part is that the inspection was almost wholly positive. There is some galvanized pipe I need to replace, but that shouldn't be a huge deal. Certainly not $2870 worth of deal. Tomorrow I meet with an insurance agent to get my home owner's insurance setup. And with that I think everything is all set. Not that big a pain, really. And now that I've got relationships with people in all the relevant disciplines, the next home buying experience should be more straightforward. Word.
